Termini di utilizzo
Il cliente, l’Utente, ha la responsabilità di fornire informazioni veritiere e complete.
Se al momento dell’inserimento dei dati personali vengono fornite informazioni incomplete o inaccurate, o se l’Utente trascura di informare l’Azienda di eventuali cambiamenti, l’Azienda ha la facoltà di escludere immediatamente l’Utente dall’uso del negozio online.
L’Utente ha l’obbligo di trattare come riservate le proprie informazioni di accesso personale e di prevenire l’accesso da parte di terze parti non autorizzate.
Caratteristiche dell’oggetto del contratto
Oggetto del contratto sono i prodotti specificati nel suo ordine ed elencati nella conferma dell’ordine, al prezzo di vendita segnato nel negozio online. Ci si riserva la possibilità di errori e omissioni.
Le caratteristiche dei prodotti ordinati si basano sulle descrizioni del prodotto presenti nella Policy di produzione .
Prezzi e pagamenti
I prezzi segnati al momento dell’ordine si applicheranno agli ordini nel nostro negozio online. I prezzi segnati sono in Euro (EUR) e non comprendono spese di spedizione e l’imposta sul valore aggiunto (se applicabile).
I costi di spedizione che devono essere pagati dall’Utente sono specificati nel carrello acquisti prima della spedizione dell’ordine.
Il pagamento di questi articoli avviene attraverso i metodi suggeriti nella procedura dell’ordine nelle condizioni ivi specificate.
Consegna
A meno che non sia stato concordato diversamente, la consegna avverrà all’indirizzo fornito dal cliente
Resi
Se per qualsiasi motivo i Clienti non sono soddisfatti dell’ ordine fatto, la merce può essere cambiata per taglia o colore e verrà emesso un buono oppure un rimborso parziale entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna dell’ordine.
L’etichetta di sicurezza dovràessere ancora intatta e allegata alla merce resa.
Istruzioni
I resi devono essere spediti entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna dell’ordine.
Per poter richiedere un reso bisognerà andare in “MY AREA” ed accedere con il proprio account oppure inserire l’indirizzo e-mail e il numero d’ ordine. Successivamente selezionare la merce da restituire e il tipo di reso desiderato. Una volta completato, MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT invierà un’email di conferma con il numero di autorizzazione di reso (RAN), l’etichetta di spedizione e le istruzioni per la spedizione della merce.
Tipi di reso
– cambio taglia / colore
La spedizione di ritorno è gratuita se si restituisce la merce per cambiotaglia / colore.
La merce può essere resa solo quando è disponibile una taglia o un colore diverso dello stesso codice. Se la merce viene restituita una seconda volta, il Cliente riceverà un rimborso parziale.
– Buono
La spedizione per il reso è gratuita se essa si effettua contro unbuono credito.
Non appena la spedizione è completata, il Cliente riceverà un codice buona credito per il valore totale della merce restituita. Il buono credito può essere utilizzato su MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT nel seguente modo:
- Può essere utilizzato una sola volta entro tre mesi dal ritorno;
- Non è cumulativo con altri buoni credito;
- Deve essere utilizzato nella sua interezza contro un ordine di valore uguale o superiore al primo ordine.
– Rimborso parziale
Nel caso in cui venga richiesto un rimborso, il costo della spedizione e di tutte le tasse di importazione saranno a carico del Cliente.
I rimborsi saranno effettuati non appena la merce restituita sarà stata controllata ed accettata da MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT.
Per gli ordini pagati con Carta di Credito, l’importo rimborsato sarà disponibile ai Clienti in circa 10 giorni ed entro la successiva dichiarazione di fatturazione. Il tempo di elaborazione può variare a seconda del circuito della Carta di Credito.
Gli ordini pagati da PayPal o tramite bonifico bancario saranno rimborsati sul conto di origine.
Tutti i rimborsi verranno rilasciati nella stessa valuta dell’acquisto originale. Eventuali differenze nell’importo rimborsato sono dovute alle fluttuazioni dei tassi di cambio, e non verranno rimborsate.
Termini E Condizioni per il reso
L’etichetta di sicurezza deve essere ancora intatta ed allegata agli elementi restituiti. Gli oggetti non devono essere stati indossati, lavati o alterati in alcun modo e non devono mostrare alcun segno di utilizzo. Le suole delle calzature devono essere in perfette condizioni e non devono essere contrassegnate in alcun modo.
Gli articoli devono essere restituiti con tutte le etichette originali, gli imballaggi e altri accessori (sacchetti anti polvere, appendiabiti, copri indumenti ecc.) ricevuti con l’ordine.
Scarpe e altri accessori devono essere restituiti con le loro scatole originali, che non devono essere danneggiate e / o alterate o utilizzate come pacco esterno per la spedizione.
I resi devono essere inseriti nella scatola MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT.
Nel caso di merce difettosa o errata, i Clienti devono seguire le istruzioni riportate sopra. MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT si riserva il diritto di richiedere supporto fotografico per prodotti difettosi o non corretti prima di procedere con il rimborso delle spese di spedizione e di importazione.
I costumi da bagno (bikini, pantaloncini o slip) e abbigliamento intimo (slip, boxer) devono essere provati sopra la propria biancheria intima. I ritorni non saranno accettati se la striscia igienica protettiva è stata rimossa. Gli oggetti che hanno un segno di utilizzo o di usura verranno restituiti al Cliente.
Il ritiro dei resi autorizzati con il numero di conto del corriere MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT devono provenire dallo stesso Paese della spedizione originale.
Nel caso in cui la spedizione del reso richieda il prelievo o il pagamento di tasse aggiuntive, MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT si riserva il diritto di rifiutare i resi inviati con un corriere diverso da quello specificato nell’email di conferma.
MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT si riserva il diritto di rifiutare i resi non autorizzati e / o non inviati in conformità alla nostra politica di reso dettagliata sul sito web. Nel caso di restituzioni non autorizzate o non conformi, la merce verrà rispedita all’indirizzo di spedizione specificato nell’ordine originale. Se venisse accettato un rimborso non autorizzato, MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT dedurrà una tassa amministrativa del 10% e le spese di terzi per il rimborso.

L’Utente riconosce che l’utilizzo di questo sito web consente all’Azienda di usare le informazioni personali che fornisce. L’Informativa sulla Privacy stabilisce la base su cui l’Azienda utilizzerà i dati personali. Utilizzando questo sito, l’Utente acconsente all’Informativa sulla Privacy. I termini e condizioni generali obbligano l’Utente ad adeguarsi alle disposizioni applicabili dell’Informativa sulla Privacy.
Disposizioni finali
Le lingue del contratto sono inglese e italiano.
Per controversie e contenziosi che sorgano in relazione al Negozio online, si applicherà la legge svizzera ad esclusione dei campi di tutte le leggi sull’acquisto internazionale di beni mobili. Il Foro competente esclusivo è Mendrisio Sud, Svizzera.
Nel caso di invalidità presente o sopraggiunta di alcune disposizioni, le altre disposizioni restano inalterate.

You are obligated to treat your personal login information as confidential and to prevent access by unauthorized third parties.

Prices and payments
The prices quoted at the time of the order shall apply to orders in our online shop. The prices quoted are retail prices in Euro (EUR) and include the applicable value-added tax and shipment cost.

Payment for the items takes places via the methods of payment suggested in the order process under the conditions specified there.
Delivery and retention of title
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be sent to the address provided by the customer.
Returns
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Partial Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Return Instructions
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
To request a return go to MY AREA and either sign in to your account or enter your email and order number. Next select the items to return and the desired type of return. Once completed, MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
Types of Returns
– Size/Color Exchange
Return shipping is free when returning an item for Size/Color Exchange.
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. If the item is returned a second time, the compensation will be a partial refund.
– Store Credit
Return shipping is free when returning an item for Store Credit.
As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The code may be used on the next order placed on MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT.
Store Credit:
- can be used one time only within three months of the return;
- is not cumulative with other Store Credits;
- must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
-Partial Refund
In the case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client.
The cost of return shipping is EUR 30, plus the cost of import fees. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
Return Terms & Conditions
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
Returns must be packaged in the MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT box.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the Client.
Pickups for all authorized returns with MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, MUSQUEOFFICIAL.IT will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
Confidentiality and data protection
The confidentiality and privacy policy valid for this website can be found under the Privacy Policy, which is subject to the General Terms and Conditions. The contract language is Italian or in English.
For disagreements and disputes arising in connection with the Online Shop, Swiss law shall apply to the exclusion of all laws on the international purchase of movable goods. The place of jurisdiction is Mendrisio – Sud, Switzerland.
If individual provisions are or become invalid, then the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
